About Nariah Allen

My name is Nariah Allen and I am currently an Associate Data Governance Consultant at Truist. I have a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, which allows me to analyze data, solve problems, lead projects, work alongside teams, and draw parallels between the smaller and bigger pictures. I also have my MBA from Liberty University. This has given me the opportunity to learn and understand concepts and analytical methods in regards to operational management, how to take a product from being a concept through implementation of marketing plans, understand rules and regulations that can affect business models, and how to develop effective strategies in the global marketplace. I've also grown my communication skills, and gained a theoretical and practical knowledge of how businesses work. I have been with Truist for five amazing years now and was most recently in the Leadership Development Program. My personal purpose is: “To be a voice for the voiceless and create equitable opportunities and environments for those who have yet to have the opportunity within the banking space.”
