The start of my career in HR was 100% serendipitous and I haven't looked back since. HR allows me to be creative, analytical but most importantly its the impact that I can have that I truly enjoy. When people engage with your work and tell you it has helped them in some way, its truly rewarding. I have worked across various HR functions including recruitment, employer branding, business partnering, learning, OD and Talent management. I know what it means to work in regions, in country and from a global perspective, which means I understand when teams complain about the gap in understanding between these entities and have worked to minimise that gap. While working in HR I have also developed a passion for the field of EDI and Anti Racism.
