About Narinder Dhillon

Working as part of high performing senior management teams, I am experienced in delivering successful projects through motivating, inspiring, influencing and solution-based thinking. I have gained a wide and rounded range development experience, working with leading industry professionals and companies throughout my career. I passionately believe the key to success in construction is being innovative, responsive and developing balanced, strong, and cohesive teams with integrity and commitment. Over the past 30+ years I have worked with Consultants, Developers, Main Contractors and Project Managers in the UK and the overseas markets. Projects include technically demanding, high quality residential, commercial, office and hotel developments. I have extensive experience in pre-construction and construction of multi and single phase, mixed use, residential developments through the planning process to completion. I have lead teams and been accountable for: the company wide commercial function; management of major projects to completion; establishing controls and procedures and detailed project reporting to board level; client side project management; creating and enhancing relationships.
