I head the Asia Pacific (APAC) region as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a role I took on in November 2017. With over 30 years of experience in general management and finance, holding several senior executive positions, I am recognized for turning businesses around and driving growth. My journey with HPE began when I joined Compaq as a Finance Director for Southeast Asia in Since then, I have held various roles, including Managing Director for the Philippines and General Manager for enterprise servers and storage for Southeast Asia. Prior to my current position, I was the Regional Vice President and General Manager for HPE Pointnext Asia Pacific and Japan, leading one of the most successful services teams at HPE. Additionally, as Vice President & Managing Director for HPE Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong for four years, I expanded the enterprise business, making it one of HPE's largest sub-regions. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Additionally, I graduated with first-class honors in Chartered Accountancy (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and in Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Having managed significant roles across sales, marketing, finance, and operations at HPE, I have honed the ability to identify the right talent and enable teams to work with conviction and consistently achieve excellence. Building my business network in Asia, I have continually upskilled to lead effectively. As digital transformation drives us toward a future vastly different from the present, I believe that collaborating with versatile talent and motivating them to achieve high growth will empower enterprises.
