About Narjice Basaran

Narjice has worked in the professional training industry since 2006; after going through a one and a half year train the trainer programme and simultaneously delivering training she started to write and deliver bespoke courses to clients in industries including telecom’s, health care, petroleum, production industries as well as bespoke courses and consultancy sessions for small to medium business. She has specialised in developing training solutions with a consultative approach. Narjice delivers management training in areas including project management, change management, leadership, marketing, sales and soft skills courses. She has a catalogue of over 40 courses in these areas as well as writing bespoke courses which are industry specific. Her early career after university was centred on sales and marketing, the skills she learned have enabled her to have a holistic view of business and make her an effective trainer and consultant. In the last seven years she has worked with multiple brands to relaunch them online and develop content for their digital platforms. Narjice has both managed and worked as part of multinational teams for both marketing and business development projects. Narjice prides herself in being hands on and practical trainer; throughout her career she has continuously worked within the fields she teaches including managing multiple projects from relaunching brands digitally to founding a charity and securing funding for eleven projects from the UN, Swiss Development Fund and Concern Worldwide.
