With over five years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture at PHC Global, a leading health consultancy firm. As an assistant manager of HR, I oversee employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and policy implementation for a diverse and talented team of over 200 health professionals. I also hold an MSc in organizational psychology and HRM from the Institute of Business Management, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in employee motivation, engagement, and well-being.
