Achievements : 1. 30-35 % Cost saving in operation of Spices Roasting, Grinding, Steam Sterilization & Packaging Yearly by executing the Project of Process integration & automation with Capital Cost of INR 4.5 Cr & ROI with in 3 years. Transformation of Manual Packaging of Spices to automation and made saving by 30 % in packaging cost yearly by executing the Project of Packaging automation & integration with Capital Cost of INR 2.2 Cr. & ROI with in 3 years. Optimization of Process & Packaging by achieving the utilization 90 % & efficiency 85-90% of all respective machinery. Reduce the steam generation Cost from INR 4 per kg of steam to INR 2.5 per kg of steam generation. Made the saving in electrical energy by KWH yearly in HVAC & Other Process Operation. Lead the Green Field Project of setting up of Spice & Herb extraction Plant through solvent extraction process as well as steam distillation for essential oils by compiling the all govt statutory of solvent storage of class A explosive category & all factory laws. Project worth is INR 10 Cr. Currently working over Green Field Project of Set up of Cattle feed Process Plant with Capacity of 360 TPD with role of Supportive Project Manager & Technical Head.
