I leverage my data science skills to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.I have over four years of experience in HR and administration, working with two IT companies, where I handled the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management. I have a strong passion for learning and development, and I have pursued multiple courses and certifications in psychology, data science, and people analytics. I have also been involved in various social and cultural activities, as well as poster designing, video editing, and social media management.
