About Nash Grey

I'm a design strategist and creative director with two decades of experience building teams and leading digital projects of all sizes. After 18 years in commercial agencies, I founded Deloitte Digital's Government and Public Services studio here in Austin, Texas. As group creative director, my job was to grow, support and evolve the team, and to cultivate a culture of adventurous curiosity and strong mutual respect. It was truly the most challenging and rewarding design effort I've ever undertaken, and I am humbled that so many wonderful people joined me on that adventure. Since leaving Deloitte, I have put my two decades of experience to work consulting with businesses on user experience strategy, product design, and service concepting- Outside of work, I am a relatively successful gardener, a middling parent, and an entirely failed musician. My interests extend from carbohydrates to caffeine. I occasionally endanger my life on motorcycles, and continuously endanger my family's sanity with obsessive tidying. I hate crowds, but I love to talk. I'm more than happy to connect on speaking engagements, juries, panels, pro bono opportunities, advising, or even just a simple chat and a beverage.
