I am a vibrant and dedicated Travel Industry Professional. Throughout my time in post-secondary education I maintained an excellent GPA and am committed to ensuring personal and overall success. I received Cruise Line International Association training with a certification and received formal training in industry automation such as Sabre and Apollo. I not only excelled in my program of study, but I used my previous education in Business and in Public Relations to demonstrate a great deal of professionalism. ↠Throughout my professional career I have worked only customer service and sales related jobs. I took my passion for customer service and perfected it at The Disney Institute (Orlando, FL) where I completed a Customer Service Excellence training program. I have also been lucky enough to gain experience in the Travel and the Hospitality industries while working as a flight attendant for a major airline, as well as front desk staff at a busy hotel. This experience not only sharpened my organization and communication skills but also fueled my passion for the industry as a whole. I enjoy satisfying customers needs and wants in a position that allows me to gain seniority and grow within a company. ↠Along with my education and professional experience, I posses the technical and communication skills that combined allow me to work confidently and independently. Working in a hotel environment allowed me to gain an excellent phone manor as well as proficiency in a wide variety of computer programs. I am incredibly advanced in social media operations and am able to instruct others. Also, through my interactions with customers from around the world, I have grown my ability to communicate, problem solve, and build relationships. ↠The passion and energy I have for the travel industry is conveyed in the effort I put into my work.
