My journey began as a Site Engineer for the Tarbela Dam upgradation project, where I gained valuable experience in overseeing engineering activities. This role sparked my interest in the commercial aspects of technical projects, leading me to a position in the Contracts department, where I honed my skills in managing the business side of projects. As a Regional Manager in Admin & HR, I expanded my skill set further, embracing the challenges of managing diverse teams. Simultaneously, I ventured into the telecommunication industry, where I played a vital role in the installation of electrical equipment and generators, as well as supervising concrete and tower erection activities. This hands-on experience allowed me to grow both individually and technically, continually improving my project management capabilities with each new endeavour. Throughout my journey, I have learned invaluable lessons from my experiences and the mistakes I have made along the way.
