I believe that therapy should be both grounding and growth-oriented, and that real change begins when people feel truly seen and heard. At Nspira Management, I provide individual and group counseling across schools and colleges, focusing on personality development, lifestyle coaching, and solution-focused interventions. Whether conducting one-on-one sessions or training new team members, I bring structure, sensitivity, and strategy into every space I hold. Previously, I led student engagement at GITAM University, where I championed online learning adoption and delivered campus sessions on time management and career planning. I also had the opportunity to observe psychological care in action during a short-term role in psycho-oncology at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, an experience that deepened my trauma-informed lens and sharpened my clinical insight.
