Allied Health Assistant with Certificate IV and willing to work with Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists/Speech Pathologist/Deitician • Experience in the clinical environment with multi disciplinary team • Regularly Check the clients, Identify the client pain levels and adjust the treatment accordingly, Manual Handling of the clients • Environmental setup prior to session, Check and collect client list who are into group therapy and the needed preparations • Running the Group therapy session, body positioning to optimise therapy • Determine the required level of treatment, Continue to monitor patient pain during sessions • Good in planning and run a group therapy session under the supervision of allied health professionals. For example: breakfast group and group therapy sessions as per the client essentials. • Following the hand hygiene process and cleaning the equipment after completion of each session and before giving to another clients. • Provides Welcoming environment to patients and respectful to Clients and Health staff and clients • Asks appropriate questions to clients and providing clarifications • Follow the guidelines of Allied Health Professionals and working under their direction and supervision • Discuss grading of treatment with Allied Health Professionals • Good Medical Knowledge, Using short hand notes in writing weekly summary in the client records, Grip on preparing SOAP notes when checking the patients • Communicate with Supervisor, Health Staff and client, Time Management
