As a Managing Director for Kaye Bassman International I am responsible for overseeing the placement of High Level Executives and Mergers in our Risk Management & Insurance Division. The practice is strategically divided into specific business units we call "silo's". This was to assure penetration and to further enhance market mastery within those sectors. Current established silo's are Retail (Brokerage), Wholesale (Brokerage), Carrier (Direct), Commercial (P&C), Group Medical Life & Health, Private Client Services and Re Unit Specialties within each as well. KBIC's Insurance Services loyal client list now accounts for over 85% of our business from repeat clients and referrals.
