I started my career providing technical support, specializing in identity protection and helping customers resolve complex issues. This foundation led me to a role as Sales Delivery Manager, where I directed sales teams and coordinated cross-functional efforts to achieve business objectives. Building on my leadership expertise, I then became a Team Leader in both Tunisia and Greece, driving team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Now, as a Recruitment Specialist, I apply my industry knowledge to attract and select top talent, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensuring that new hires are set up for success.
