Nasur Andevuga is a dedicated humanitarian and development professional with over five years of experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. He has a strong background in implementing food security, nutrition, agriculture, and social protection programs, particularly in refugee-hosting communities. Nasur has played a pivotal role in coordinating large-scale food assistance, biometric verification systems, and community engagement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and beneficiary dignity. As a Monitoring Assistant at WFP Uganda, he ensures high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting, aligning with Research, Assessment & Monitoring (RAM) corporate methodologies. His expertise extends to conducting process, output, and outcome monitoring, strengthening partner capacity, and managing Community Engagement and Feedback Mechanisms (CEFM) to enhance accountability and transparency. Previously, as a Business Support Assistant – Programme, he led efforts in financial compliance, partner invoicing, market facilitation, and performance reviews to optimize resource allocation and impact. Nasur holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (First Class) from Makerere University Business School and a Bachelor of Development Studies from Gulu University. Currently pursuing MBA at Muni University, he has also completed specialized training in Core Humanitarian Certification, Project Management Essentials, and MEAL in Emergencies. With a deep commitment to humanitarian principles, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven approach, Nasur excels in driving impactful interventions, fostering partnerships, and contributing to sustainable development.
