I’m a project manager in international higher education, currently leading the implementation of the Circle U. European University Alliance at UCLouvain. At the intersection of international strategy, educational innovation and collective intelligence, I work on shaping systems that foster collaboration, inclusion and long-term transformation within universities. My focus is increasingly on how people and institutions evolve together — turning vision into shared ownership. With a background in linguistics, multilingualism and data analysis, I bring both analytical depth and creative structure to complex projects. I thrive in roles where strategy meets facilitation — where building trust, clarity and meaning is as important as delivering results. As my career evolves, I’m moving toward roles that integrate change management, collective facilitation, and policy or organisational development — always guided by a sense of purpose and human connection.
