About Natacha Callens

I started my career in the research domain where I developed my knowledge and competences in science and engineering fields. After a few years of working on scientific projects related to microgravity research, I got the opportunity to join the European Space Agency and develop my project and team management skills. Since 12 years I have been developing, planning and organising educational programmes in three different ESA centres. I gained extensive experience in designing, delivering and assessing training activities. Liaising frequently with stakeholders, identifying the need and developing learning solutions. I have a strong result-oriented mind-set with the ability to set priorities and propose practical solutions. I developed very good communication and relation management skills and have a strong proactive problem-solving attitude. Over the years, I gained expertise in managing constructively challenging situations focusing on customer satisfaction. I have a broad experience in managing a team, ensuring a motivating work environment, and driving performance.
