My journey began in multicultural Singapore, where I had the privilege to observe firsthand how different cultures navigate challenges, address issues, and embrace the intricacies of life. This experience ignited my passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and immersing myself in their unique cultures. My extensive experience in cross-cultural interactions and observing diverse thinking and work styles paved the way for the establishment of NDV Advisers in They say that success in business is 99% hard work and 1% luck. Fortunately, NDV Advisers got a fortunate break when The Ford Motor Company acquired Volvo Cars just three weeks later. This acquisition led to the development of courses such as 'How to do business with Americans' and the translation of technical manuals from Swedish to English, significantly expanding NDV Advisers' reach. Subsequently, NDV Advisers has conducted numerous seminars and workshops, equipping engineers and managers for international joint ventures. As a language consultant, NDV Advisers bridges the gap in multicultural communication. Misunderstandings and miscommunications often arise due to language differences. It is a compelling field, and my services have been invaluable in resolving issues that arise from linguistic and cultural misinterpretations. Furthermore, I educate companies on the merits of leveraging diversity. My clientele includes renowned organizations such as DHL, Telia Sonera, ABB, Alvenius, Assa Abloy, Volvo Car Corporation, Volvo Trucks,The Swedish Defense Department, Toshiba, and the Municipality of Västerås and Stockholm. Teaching English is my other profound passion. It has taken me on a remarkable journey, from instructing basic English to Vietnamese refugees in California to providing business English language coaching to Japanese managers. I have delved into technical English with Swedish and Finnish engineers, facilitated medical English proficiency for Polish nurses and doctors relocating to Sweden, and guided French university students through TOEFL and ESP courses. Additionally, I have helped Swedish and Danish students attain different ESOL Cambridge certificates. Outside of my professional life, I actively participate as a board member of Vasteras’s Young Entrepreneurs. I provide mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and deliver lectures on Marketing and New Product Development.
