About Natacha Thompson

Clarity isn’t about finding all the answers; it’s about identifying which questions actually matter.I work with analytical, detail-oriented professionals - often in STEM, finance, and tech - who know they want something different but can’t always quite articulate what that is. Together, we gain the clarity and self-awareness you need to make decisions that align with your values, so you can lead authentically and build a career that genuinely works for you.Whether you’re navigating career transitions, developing your leadership approach, addressing feedback from reviews, or launching something new, my coaching helps you move from feeling uncertain about your next steps to having clear direction that feels authentically yours. From science to leadership - my curiosity about how things work led me from studying Chemistry at Oxford to training as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four firm in London, then into finance and leadership roles at a FTSE 100 pharmaceutical company managing global teams. Leading those teams, I realised the key to success wasn’t just optimising processes, it was about people. This insight drove me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Counselling and EMCC coaching qualification, blending my analytical mindset with deep understanding of human behavior. With over twenty-five years of experience in both the corporate world and psychotherapy, I understand the demands of high-performing professionals. My coaching is rooted in curiosity, courage, and experimentation, helping you challenge your thinking and unlock your leadership potential. As an EMCC Accredited Practitioner Coach and BACP-registered Psychotherapist, I offer a holistic approach that ensures both cognitive and emotional growth, because lasting change happens when we address the whole person, not just the professional challenges.Ready to take the next step in your growth? I offer a free 30-minute consultation to explore how coaching can support your journey. I still take a small number of psychotherapy clients, so if that's what you need right now, that's ok too.
