About Natacha Thompson

I work with professionals, many from STEM and Finance backgrounds like mine. I love collaborating with my clients to tackle the challenges they choose to focus on, problem solving together, gaining insights and deepening self awareness. Coaching isn't just about achieving tangible results, it’s also about facilitating growth and learning for long term change. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work, seeing beyond the obvious to uncover deeper patterns. That curiosity led to me studying chemistry at Oxford and then to the City to train with a Big Four audit firm and learn about business processes. Moving into industry and finance leadership in a FTSE 100 Big Pharma company brought those two worlds together. In my corporate life, I had the privilege of being mentored by some great managers who helped me develop self-awareness and leadership skills. Leading teams, I became increasingly interested in what motivated people and what helped them thrive. That curiosity led me to pursue a master’s in clinical counselling, and an EMCC coaching qualification, blending my analytical mindset with a deeper understanding of human behaviour.
