About Natali Calvo

Before coming to Australia, my employment background was predominantly banking. After having finished my degree in Bilingual Executive Secretary, I decided to come to Australia to broaden my horizons and experience a new culture and a new city. My focus was that, through it, I could get an opportunity of finding work that challenges me with continuous growth and personal development. Because of my love for different types of people I feel I connect with various personality types, which can make a measurable contribution to business growth and profitability. This is because I believe to be very good at customer service. I am extremely organised and I have good communication skills, as well as being motivated and a team player. In previous roles I feel the feedback I have received from the people I managed has always been positive and that they have really enjoyed the time we spent working together. I consider to be a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients and senior managers. Now having achieved my MBA with my major in Human Resources and also having struggled to work and put myself through college, I am aware of the value of hard work and dedication and ready to advance my career successfully caring out projects aligned with company strategies.
