About Natali Shachar

As a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, my therapeutic approach is holistic, humanistic, and person-centred, drawing from modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I strive to create genuine and meaningful therapeutic relationships, both in-person and virtually, to assist clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-harm and suicidal ideation, procrastination, perfectionism, gender identity and sexuality, and body image.
