I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Educator currently pursuing Masters in Yogashastra at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute & Research Center, India, learning ancient and transformative yoga practices. Also certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYS-200), I specialize in creating inclusive, accessible, and mindful yoga sessions tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. With a deep knowledge of yoga philosophy and anatomy, I aim to foster holistic well-being by combining physical postures, breathwork, yogic cleansing practices and meditation in a supportive and nurturing environment. Driven by a commitment to help others achieve balance, strength, and mental clarity, I look forward to adapt my teachings in a way that ensure that the classes I take up remain innovative, safe, and enriching. Before the transition into the field of Yoga, I’ve worked in the marketing and brand development field. Skilled in Copy Writing, Content Creation, Social Media, Promotional Initiatives, and Brand Building with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. With a work experience of 5 years in the industry, I’ve worked in the UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai) as a marketing professional and have created content strategies for an array of divisions that include hospitality, retail, investment, construction, catering, and healthcare. My work profile includes the development of websites, catalogues, corporate videos, social media pages, promotional & descriptive articles, monthly internal newsletters and branding initiatives.
