Poznan factory is one of the largest Unilever food factories, the most complex in Europe and the only one located in Poland. We produce about 800 different products such as fixes, sauces, soups, pasta, ketchups, mayonnaises. Our production lines produce such brands like Knorr, Hellmann's, Amino, Unox, Conimex. We are constantly producing one of the most recognizable products on Unilever shelves in Poland, which are Noodles called ‘instant noodle’. We are constantly expanding our product portfolio tailored to different consumer taste, lifestyle and preferences. Our focus is to influence consumer choice by producing superior, quality products that meet and exceed customers expectations. Poznan factory consists of 2 production departments and 25 lines which deliver portfolio in majority for export. We meet very high standards in terms of quality, safety and environmental protection.We constantly modernize our machine park, invest in new technologies and increase the efficiency of our production processes based on the global methodologies of World Class Manufacturing and Lean Management.However, it wouldn't all be possible without our team! We employ nearly 700 qualified employees and encourage them to share their knowledge and improve working environment to make our work safer and more effective. In our activities, we also do not forget about the local community. For several years Unilever factory in Poznań has been building a vision and strategy of employee volunteering for specific communities. As a part of or a ‘living in a sustainable way’ plan we want to develop, take care of the natural environment and increase a positive impact on the local community.
