Head of human resources at COPASA MG (one of the largest water treatment companies in Brazil) and Chairman of the deliberative council at Fundação Libertas (foundation that runs the pension and health care plans, on behalf of member workers). In Italy I collaborated as volunteer at Laudato Sì Movement and at AIDP Piemonte and Valle D’Aosta.
