As Senior Product Manager at CSOB, I am responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for entire product line. The position also includes marketing, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Recently as Project Manager I was responsible for planning, organization and leading large international projects. I had the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of large bank projects. As the Head of Investment Development Section and Marketing at CzechInvest, I was responsible for identifying marketing opportunities and promoting the Czech Republic abroad as an attractive location for investments. Besides managing a team of marketing specialists I was also responsible for monitoring of FDI trends and contributing to a new marketing strategy. My experience with CzechInvest has provided me with extensive knowledge of what the market in the Czech Republic has to offer during every step of the business development cycle, which is the key to successful and prosperous investment. In the position of Marketing Manager for Romania at Hame I was assigned to lead the tasks of researching the market opportunities in Romania, potential local business partners and creation of a new promotion campaign (TV adverts, press releases, flyers and etc.). As Customer Executive with Pakkahuone, Finland (marketing and advertising agency) I gained valuable know-how in the areas of marketing and sales. I managed to enlarge the company’s portfolio by developing a dynamic and customer focused approach in designing the promotion tactics. My experience of living and working in a number of countries has enriched me with both intercultural awareness as well as an ability to explore the specific features of the market and make the most out of it.
