About Natalia Gorlic

Currently, I am employed as a Human Resources Payroll Administrator at TMF Group, where I have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations. Simultaneously, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. This dual role allows me to immerse myself in the practical aspects of HR while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical foundations through my studies. One of my strengths lies in my exceptional time management abilities. I firmly believe in the value of gaining practical work experience while pursuing academic goals. By effectively managing my time and priorities, I have been able to strike a harmonious balance between my work at TMF Group and my academic obligations. This has allowed me to apply the knowledge and skills I acquire in the classroom to real-world HR scenarios, and vice versa. The ability to seamlessly blend these two facets of my life has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. In addition, I have an innate curiosity and a strong desire to broaden my horizons. I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new challenges. This mindset has driven me to seek opportunities that push me beyond my limits and expand my skill set. I believe that by continuously learning and taking on new challenges, I can stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving field of HR.
