In multiple operations and customer service management roles in healthcare, food service, and fitness, I have been consistently successful in increasing efficiency, decreasing turnover, and improving top- and bottom-line results. With Barnes Healthcare Services, I rebuilt the offices in Tallahassee and Panama City to improve customer service and employee engagement; I also restructured a key position to deliver a holistic approach to customer service that includes family members, referral partners, and other key stakeholders. At Taco Bell, I increased customer satisfaction metrics by more than 20 percentage points as I managed the daily operations of three restaurants including staff development, facility maintenance, customer service, and P&L management. In just over a decade with LA Fitness, I progressed from Operations Manager of a single facility to District Manager for 23 facilities. I was tapped for these promotions primarily because of my exceptional reputation for getting things done — a result of my resourcefulness, meticulous follow-up and follow through, and unwavering focus on customer service. I’ve been chosen to serve as change agent for two major acquisitions with LA Fitness that involved terminations, relocations for top-performing employees, and evaluating equipment for redistribution and removal. When I’m not working, I love to work out including weight training and half-marathons. I also enjoy home remodeling projects.
