About Natalie Barth

I am a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. I've had the opportunity to complete two internships throughout my time at UNI. My first opportunity was with BH Management Services - Des Moines, IA, where I worked with the Construction and Accounts Payable teams. My second was with Cushman & Wakefield - Cedar Rapids, IA, where I worked with the Marketing and Brokerage teams. My internships provided me the ability to become a better team player and build strong relationships.I was a member of Rho Epsilon, which is the real estate club at UNI. I've been a member since Feb. 2022 and have served as the VP of Marketing since Aug. This role has helped develop my leadership skills, while granting me the chance to interact with fellow members and employers.While attending UNI, I took advantage of the Study Abroad Program and studied abroad in Athens, Greece the semester of Jan. 2023 - May 2023. This was an unforgettable experience that taught me many life lessons. This experience enhanced my ability to adapt to new experiences and try new skills. I'm a firm believer in expanding your wings and seeing what you're capable of.
