I am a higher education leader and learning professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering programs that improve student learning, employability, and long-term success. My career has spanned every level of academic work—research, teaching, instructional design, curriculum development, and academic management—giving me a 360° understanding of how to balance academic quality with practical outcomes. My Expertise: I’ve worked across the full spectrum of higher education, from admissions to research, curriculum and instructional design, and high-level administration and management. With in-depth knowledge of the higher education systems in the USA, France, the UK, and Italy, I implement educational strategies that are both culturally informed and globally relevant. I also draw on my own academic journey to support PhDs in identifying and articulating the value of their expertise beyond the academy, helping them thrive in diverse career paths. How I Work: With a participative leadership style and a focus on streamlined workflows and advanced tools, I reduce administrative burdens so faculty and staff can focus on the academic activities that matter most. My approach ensures programs are not only academically rigorous but also scalable, sustainable, and aligned with real-world opportunities for learners.
