I then transitioned into Human Resources, where I found my home! Outside of work, I am an advocate for neurodiverse working individuals 🧠 and am also a Rest Coach, working 1:1 with clients who are experiencing workplace burnout, helping them to learn the proper techniques to recover and thrive. My biggest passion is people, and I have found that I am happiest working in a role that allows me to assist others, and work closely with community members to enact change My education background, and another one of my passions is in Environmental Ecology (Conservation and Sustainability, Environmental Justice), though I jumped into the workforce quite early, and found that I enjoyed it much more than studying 🥱 I have ample experience with MS Office Suite, Millennium Platinum Scheduling Software, SAP Business Partners, Microsoft Great Plains Software, Lawson, Jira, Slack and ADP Workforce Now.
