About Natalie Cargill

Providing psychotherapy and art therapy for adults, couples and families, parent consultations, and workshops. I work with those wounded by their family systems - who have experienced trauma or abuse, have struggled with a narcissistic parent or partner, or have been otherwise negatively impacted by relationships. I help individuals, couples and families learn to have successful, loving relationships, to develop effective communication, healthy interpersonal boundaries, and meaningful connections. My approach to psychotherapy is relational and attachment-based, integrating somatic awareness and art therapeutic processes. I prioritize consciousness of cultural issues, systemic injustices, and social marginalization, and welcome clients of all orientations, worldviews, and spiritualities.
