About Natalie Carroll

A highly qualified, charismatic, diligent, experience educator passionate about empowering campuses with the latest evidence based instructional practices that will help address, manage, and resolve student gaps in academic achievement. I have a proven performance history of notable achievements with my colleagues and scholars; extensive public speaking and organizational leadership experience. My ability to offer creative insight, analyze data, find solutions, build relationships, and effective communication skills have allowed me to gain experience in exemplifying a high-level of adaptability and empathy in order to inspire a growth mindset in teachers and build capacity that directly impacts student learning. So far over the past two years, I have been able to provide 26 hours of modeling/coteaching, 180 hours of PLC support, 150 hours of data analysis, and over 44765 minutes of coaching to the teachers I serve at my middle school campus. My superb communication skills have allowed me to work closely with campus leadership, colleagues, and community partners to help develop and implement comprehensive support plans on the district and campus level that better support student growth and engagement strategies. My competency in disaggregating data to identify student regression has allowed me to support teachers in devising purposeful group and individualize plans that help address COVID-19 achievement gaps and student growth as well as create and lead pivotal professional development sessions that adhere to the needs of students and growth of adult learners. Most importantly, help districts reach new pinnacles of academic success. Various restorative practices and knowledge of SEL competencies have allowed me to help support administrators in reducing campus behavior issues, improve students’ attitudes about self and school, improve overall campus climate, and improve student achievement.
