I began my career in Information Technology. After successfully spending time in IT from Technician to Corporate Sales manager; I made a transition into Aesthetics. This career change was a deliberate decision to combine my love of technology with the aesthetics industry. To achieve this goal, I started my journey by training at the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis. I further expanded my expertise at the National Laser Institute, where I obtained my Certified Laser Operator license, enabling me to provide services such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation. During this certification, I had the opportunity to train on a variety of modalities, technologies, and manufacturers’ machines. During my time employed at the plastic surgeon’s office, I provided body cavitation and skin rejuvenation services and assisted during surgical procedures and in-house lab processing. Along with these I have also obtained various certifications including BLS for Healthcare, Safety and Sanitation, Asana, Canva to mention a few to enhance my abilities. After a few years in the industry, I transitioned from service provider to management, where I have found great success and satisfaction. I pride myself on my ability to lead, educate and share my knowledge with both customers and staff. By congruently applying these skills, I have consistently met KPI’s, exceeded sales goals and enhanced customer satisfaction. I am a goal-oriented individual driven to succeed. I thrive in an environment that is both fast paced and innovative. Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management are where I excel. I am experienced with various web-based software applications, including scheduling, social media presence and marketing, customer feedback correspondence, and website management. Additionally, I have leveraged my technical background to improve social media page development, on- and off-site visual presentations, marketing displays, and event venues. I have worked in retail, luxury hospitality, wellness & medical spa environments. I am a quick learner and can adapt my current skills and prior experience to be the perfect candidate to crossover into many different industries, including general management, sales, and administrative positions.
