About Natalie Cutayne

Natalie joined First United Church Community Ministry Society in November 2016 after 25 years in public sector Human Resources management. Natalie has had the CPHR designation for much of her career and holds a BA in Leadership from Trinity Western University that complement her education in Human Resources from BCIT and certifications in Mental Health from Douglas College, and Addictions and Co-Occurring Disorders Counselling from Vancouver Community College. She recently completed the Organizational Coaching Program through UBC and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation. In serving First United as the Director, Human Resources, Natalie leads by example and communicates with a view to aligning employees across project teams and departments to meet organizational goals. Along with a genuine passion for people, a deep curiosity and a reputation for ‘getting things done’, Natalie respectfully provides mentorship and coaching to the leadership team, managers and employees. Her collaborative style enhances our labour relations and employee engagement. Her daily practice is guided by her belief that within a supportive, inclusive environment, every person, with their unique strengths, has an opportunity to learn and grow, and contribute.
