About Natalie Dattoli

I graduated with my BSN from University of Missouri-Columbia and received a compact RN license shortly after. I began my career in a high acuity ICU step-down unit followed by working in trauma/COVID ICU. I then transitioned to inpatient/outpatient endoscopy. I have experience in Case Management, Infection Prevention, and clinic nursing as well as telphonic triage. In my work I value honesty, compassion, and a strong work ethic. I love being a part of a team environment but also appreciate independency and being proactive. I try to optimize the care I deliver via a structured, safe approach. I will do whatever it takes to help my team succeed and to improve patient outcomes. I enjoy continued education and look forward to expanding my experiences and knowledge as my career grows. My particular career interests moving forward are areas where technology and clinical care meet to optimize patient outcomes. I also have a strong passion for education, and helping teams grow to become even more effective.
