About Natalie Davidson

I currently hold a position of Manager of Financial Accounting at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. This position is responsible for the Financial Reporting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Grant Revenue, and Fixed Asset Accounting for the organization, as well as various strategic projects. I previously held a position of Audit Manager at Heagy LLP, where my focus was on providing assurance services in both the profit and non-for-profit sectors. This position also involved providing various consulting services and the preparation of both personal and corporate taxes. While at Heagy I had the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of firm processes and templates. I also filled the role of Mentor for the CPA Candidates at the firm. Prior to entering the field of accounting, I gained extensive experience in client services while working in the insurance industry for 10 years. My experience has allowed me to develop a strong skill set in people and relationship management. It has also provided me with significant organizational skills that have made me well-suited to detail-oriented work.
