About Natalie Espy

As a district training manager, I am passionate about helping individuals grow in their personal and professional lives. With 5 years of experience in employee coaching and development in the fitness industry, I have developed a strong skill set in creating a learning management system that improves employee performance. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with over 200 employees, all with unique personalities, motivations, and goals. My proudest moments have been helping individuals start their own training businesses, and helping individual gym locations double or triple their personal training program in a year. My values include positivity, authenticity, and kindness. I strive to incorporate these values into my work. I believe that coaching and development changes lives. In my free time, I enjoy weight training, spending time outside, and reading. I enjoy reading so much that I created a voluntary book club for my employees! I am always looking for opportunities to connect with others in the fitness industry and collaborate on projects.
