As a National Relationship Manager at Insight Global, I am responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with Fortune clients across the U.S. and Canada. I work with a team of account coordinators and revenue operations leads to deliver service-based solutions in information technology, government, accounting, finance, and engineering fields. I joined Insight Global in 2021 as a Revenue Operations Lead, where I oversaw the optimization and automation of sales processes and tools, and supported the development and execution of national sales strategies. I was promoted to National Account Coordinator in 2022, and then to National Relationship Manager in 2024, thanks to my proven track record of exceeding sales targets, increasing client retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia, where I majored in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, and also studied Business Administration and Management, General, and Real Estate. I am passionate about professional development and learning new skills, and I have multiple honors from Phi Mu Fraternity for membership and academic excellence. My core competencies include high-level relationship management, business relationship management, national sales management, portfolio management, revenue operations, and customer service.
