About Natalie Grant

I’m energetic, friendly, persistent, bold, resourceful, orderly, and creative. I am happiest when creating systems, planning, coordinating, improving, researching or finding solutions in a creative environment. I’m unafraid to think outside the box. I enjoy working in problem-solving mode. I naturally find ways to sort and organize anything from data to inventory. I value the non-subjectivity of numbers and financials; can easily create in-depth, meticulous spreadsheets for budgeting and timelines; enjoy gathering and assembling information; and I am a ninja managing money. My long, loyal career as Friend & Johnson’s Controller came with a variety of responsibilities that were fun, creative projects along with maintaining financials, databases, and office operations. It was the variety that kept me challenged and growing. WHERE I WANT TO GO NOW I shine in the capacities required for Project Management in and around the Events Industry. An organization looking for systems development; cash flow management; interpersonal skills; presentations; budgets; timelines; negotiations; scheduling/coordinating; supervising; multi-tasking; and research will check all the boxes with me.
