Hi, I’m Natalie. I am a seasoned professional committed to empowering leaders and their teams to work smarter, not harder. My extensive experience collaborating with district leaders, SaaS company directors and VPs, consultants, and managing partners / CEOs has equipped me with a profound understanding of project management across various industries. I get the most energy on defining the strategy behind the strategy. What sets me apart is my ability to cut through the noise, and align groups around tactical actions. Whether it's helping a superintendent streamline their strategic plan, or aiding a Salesforce Architect in facilitating a roadmapping meeting with senior SaaS leaders, I have a keen eye for detail and thrive in ambiguous situations. As an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at CHANI, my mission is to support her in identifying opportunities to streamline her workflow to operationalize the President and CEO's strategic goals and to then work closely with Growth, Content, and Engineering to ensure that these goals are brought to fruition.
