About Natalie Herrera

I am a senior Public Health major at the University of Texas at Arlington with a strong interest in emergency management. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience in customer service and volunteer work, has helped me build strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Currently, I work as a Sales Support Associate at Coach Outlet, where I assist with cashier operations, sales advising, and visual merchandising. Previously, I worked at Ulta Beauty, managing shipment fulfillment and inventory organization. My experience in retail has strengthened my ability to engage with diverse individuals, adapt to fast-paced environments, and provide excellent customer service. Beyond retail, my volunteer work with the 4Saints Food Pantry allowed me to help package and distribute food resources to individuals in need, reinforcing my commitment to public health and service.
