I'd describe myself as a passionate individual who serves others and supports her local community through the work of being a Social Prescribing Community Development Officer and a private Health, Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coach. With the pride of working for such a wonderful charity in my community role, and the privilege of working with individuals in my private coaching, this provides me with a unique insight into what people need to feel healthy, valued and worthy. With a wealth of experience in learning and development, counselling, and community work, I thrive on the opportunity to dedicate my work to others and give something back to those who need a helping hand. A professional who has key strengths in coaching others to success, behavioural practices, creative content design and has the ability to drive individuals to succeed in whatever their chosen path may be. A loyal and dedicated individual, demonstrated through; commitment, good old fashioned hard work and a belief in the end result of helping people to develop to be the best they can be, both professionally and personally. Known as a 'warm and knowledgeable personality', a 'change maker' for those around me and a 'key player' in strategic decisions. I am recognised for delivering impactful, insightful and often emotive workshops for large and small audiences, to all levels, with the ability to adjust the content to different learning styles and situations. Possesses the skills to design and develop bespoke coaching and personal development programmes starting from project proposals, through to delivery and project evaluation. Relishes in a creative and innovative working environment where 'nothing need be ordinary' and boundaries to learning can be stretched and challenged.
