About Natalie Keith

People, culture, and relationships are the most important aspects of every part of my life. Without one, you might as well forget about the others. For example, if you don't have people, there are no relationships to build, without relationships there's no use in even speaking about culture, and without healthy culture and/or attitude, what are you even doing it all for? My passion is serving others. I want to give my friends, family and team members the tools that they need to feel successful in their job, present at home and mentally strong in everyday life (whatever challenges it throws at us). Although, I have many experiences and roles within my professional life; Leader, Team Management, Development of Sales Content, Sales Pipeline Design, Project Management, Trainer, Process Development and Improvement, etc. I have a complete understanding that I still can't successfully do one of these roles without the people, the right culture and without building strong relationships.
