About Natalie Kulpinski

I recently graduated Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. During my graduate career, I have worked on several projects and gained valuable experience in several areas, including benchmarking, training and development, and survey development. I have worked together with other members of my cohort in order to reach a common goal, and had the opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate Psychology class. I have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Mathematics and Wellness from North Central College, where I graduated magna cum laude. In my undergraduate career, I have developed valuable skills in statistical analyses using SPSS, creating and running a research study with my own research assistant, and working together with a team to create a project. I was a member of Psi Chi and Pi Mu Epsilon, and served as Treasurer for Psi Chi. All of these activities have enhanced my ability to work with others, my problem solving skills, and my understanding of I/O Psychology.
