I have over 20 years experience of working in education across Primary, Secondary and FE sectors. I have undertaken roles initially in school administration, data management, exams administration, Pastoral PA and SEN PA roles. I then progressed into a Senior Educational Teaching Assistant Role where I managed a Resourced Provision with a team of 15 teaching assistants working with students with SLI, HI, VI, Autism, Dyslexia and Behavioural statements.
