About Natalie Leventhal

I am a Knowledge Broker in the Innovation Office with the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) where I support researchers and innovators to better meet the needs of older adults, caregivers and clinicians through an integrated knowledge mobilization approach. I completed an undergraduate degree in literature and international development studies at the University of King's College and a Master of Social Work in health and mental health at the University of Toronto. I am a registered social worker, in good standing, having worked with older adults and their caregivers in primary care, transitional care, and community support settings. As a dedicated creative problem solver I have a passion for mobilizing evidence to support co-designed program development, public health strategies and system level change focused on improving the quality of life of older adults, persons living with dementia and their care partners.
