I am a Technical Analyst with extensive experience in nearly all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). I enjoy managing information, data and processes; and - most importantly - advocating for technology solutions that bring the most possible value to my customers and stakeholders. My data management skills and experience include eliciting requirements in waterfall and agile development environments; managing data on Microsoft platforms (SAS, MS SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and Microsoft Office Products) as well as SAP Hana, BODS, Palantir Foundry, and Snowflake; designing relational and star schema databases; modeling logical data relationships; verifying data requirements through data mining using SQL; and performing database administration functions. In addition to modeling systems, processes, and data using UML and BPMN, I am also a seasoned public speaker and group leader with experience designing software engineering education material and leading classroom technical instruction.
