About Natalie Lyddon

As a highly experienced and motivated professional with a background in entertainment partnerships, I am excited to share my skills and experience with a forward-thinking company. I have a proven track record of success in creating and executing activations for entertainment tentpoles, including film releases, Fringe festival activations, and publishing events. Thanks to my current role, I have worked with industry leaders including GUAP, RSC, Disney, Warner Bros, Headline, and Hay Festival, to deliver successful campaigns and activations. I joined the TikTok team as an intern and quickly progressed to the role of Executive and then Manager. In this role, I have managed a varied roster of creators, from Booktokers to leading presenters, and have been responsible for steering creator involvement in major new releases across Film, theatre, and integral D&I projects. Additionally, I have assisted multiple internal cross-functional teams such as Policy, Marketing, and Brand Partnerships. In 2019, I participated in a focus group of sixteen cinephiles to organize and market the Barbican, Chronic Youth film festival. I also oversaw the editing and design of the first festival zine along with delivering marketing content across social, out of home publicity, and focused on mediating between artists and customers. I am fluent in English and French and have recently taken an Introduction to Coding course and a Business of Film course at the Open University.
